Order Cancellation Policy - SDC Deals
To cancel an online order placed with SDC Deals, you must contact customer service via email at email@example.com as soon as possible after the order has been placed. Please be sure to include your name, your order number and your contact information in your email message.
Your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be applied as long as the order has not shipped yet. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. In this case you can request to return the item for a refund.

Return Policy for Purchases from SDC Deals
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have purchased your product through the SDCDeals.com website and you are not satisfied with your SDC Deals purchase, please contact customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of product receipt to arrange for an exchange or refund. For fast and efficient claims, your email should contain the order number, order date, your contact information, items you wish to return and reason for return or exchange. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department, you must return the item(s) in its original condition in all original packaging. We must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your receipt of an RMA number with shipment costs prepaid by you. We will inspect your item upon receipt and if the item has been altered or sized in any way, is not in its original condition or if it is not received within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, it will not be accepted for return or exchange and we will return the item to you at your expense. If the item has been returned in its original condition and is not found to have a manufacturer’s defect, a customer service representative will contact you to either have your transaction refunded or make arrangements to ship you your desired product for exchange. Exchanges not due to a manufacturer’s defect are subject to return shipping charges regardless of any shipping promotions available at the time of purchase or exchange. For refunds that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will refund the original amount charged for the returned items plus applicable taxes less any shipping costs (before any applied shipping discounts or free shipping offers).
Any free gifts or benefit items received with a purchase must be returned with the item if an item is being returned for refund and the return of the item no longer qualifies your order for the free gift or benefit.
Any defective items will be exchanged without charge upon receipt of the items by prepaid return shipment. If the item is found to have a manufacturer’s defect upon receipt, your return shipping charges will be refunded to you to a maximum of $10 and either your replacement item will be sent out to you or your transaction refunded.
Returns requested after 30 days of receipt that, after inspection, are not found to have a manufacturer’s defect are subject to a 20% restocking charge and any return shipping charges and are still subject to inspection upon receipt before the item is accepted for return. For damage or loss of items during transit, you must file a claim with the carrier.
